At first glance both upcoming Sony Xperia devices look very similar to each other and to the S except for their size.
You would think Sony have run out of ideas and just want an array of new devices in the market with just the ‘SONY’ brand name on them. But you would be wrong.
Similarities
Both devices will be part of the Xperia NXT series, the new connected experience. This will enable easy connectivity so you can enjoy and share content on whatever screen suits you best.
Both devices will feature the same design including the transparent element, Which encircles the base and integrates the invisible antenna. This will also act as visual notification for texts, calls, emails etc etc. The user interface will be very similiar but of course with Android, you can make it look like however you want!
Both will be powered by 1 GHZ dual-core processors with displays powered by Mobile BRAVIA® Engine for razor-sharp quality.
As with the S, you will be able to connect to Sony Entertainment Network for music and Movies.
They will both be launched with Android 2.3, with an expected upgrade to ICS during Q2 of 2012.
So what are the differences??
There has been leaked images and rumors flying around the Internet for over a week now about the HTC One devices, but all has finally been unveiled officially.
The One Series devices consists of 3 devices in total, the HTC One X, HTC One S and the HTC One V.

Sony has already shown off the Xperia S last month, so you probably know a fair deal about that already.
If you’re not sure what the Xperia S is, I’ll just tell you that it’s a beautiful 4.3inch device, being run by a dual-core 1.5GHz processor, and it packs a whopping 12 megapixel Exmor R camera.
Any way, lets move on to what we saw today that’s actually new.
Sony revealed the Xperia U and the Xperia P, both which look very similar in design to the Xperia S but obviously are aimed towards different people.
Quad-cores here, quad-cores there, we’re seeing a whole lot of cores everywhere at MWC this year. The quad-core phone to be show of by LG is the Optimus 4x HD which is their highest end device from all their offerings.
Of course they’ve also revealed the odd shaped Optimus Vu, the Optimus LTE Tag, Optimus L3, Optimus L5 and Optimus L7 and the Optimus 3D Max but for sake of interest, I’ll just talk about the 4X HD here.

We at hemorrdroids.net haven’t really talked about Huawei before, and that’s because they have never really grabbed our attention, but this time things are different. After months of teasing, Huawei has finally uncovered their new high-end flagship device, the Ascend D Quad.
The company finally aims to fight with the giants by introducing a phone with a quad-core processor, a 4.5inch 720p screen, all packed into a 8.9mm thin smartphone running the latest version of Android, that’s Ice Cream Sandwich.

Here’s is something that hasn’t got too excited, Samsung just put out a press release announcing an update to their flagship Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet, using the moniker Galaxy Tab 2, hmmm, very original indeed. The reason why I say it’s not too exciting is because it doesn’t really bring anything new other than a few changes. Unlike its predecessor, this iteration comes with a slot for an external SDcard, is that something to congratulate Samsung for?
So what else is there to know about the Tab 2? Keep reading for more information.
There’s still a day to go until Mobile World Congress 2012 kicks off, but that hasn’t stopped manufacturers like Samsung from putting out press releases.
Samsung has just announced the all new Galaxy Beam featuring a 15 lumen pico projector that will output HD footage up to 50inches wide. Now, the Beam isn’t Samsung’s first projector-phone amalgamation, but it’s the first running Android, hence our curiosity the Samsung I8520 Galaxy Beam was, obviously this new one is more powerful.

They’ve been knocking around on eBay for a few weeks now, but it’s great to see our favourite accessories website, MobileFun.co.uk will be having stock of the Official Galaxy Nexus Extended Battery within the next 4 to 6 weeks.
As with the Galaxy SII extended battery, not only do you get a 2,000mAh battery, but you get a whole new back cover to hide it. By all accounts, the Nexus’ version doesn’t add a great deal of size or weight.
The good news is, as soon as they’re available, we’ll have one for testing and review!
I’m sure many of us have experienced this issue, (unless you reside somewhere remote and isolated) you try and take a picture of someone or something and other people get in the way, just drives you mad, doesn’t it?
Well, if you’ve faced that issue before, you’ll be happy to know that now there’s a solution to that problem, thanks to Scalado. Keep reading for more information and a very cool video.
Since we’re less than 2 weeks away from MWC 2012 in Barcelona and expecting many different Quad-core devices to be unveiled, it’s refreshing to be able to look at some bench-marking results from an upcoming Quad-core phone. The LG X3 got a Quadrant score of 4412, which is quite high indeed but does that matter?
4412 in Quadrant is pretty good, but then again just yesterday I ran the test on the Samsung Galaxy Note with the latest Quadrant, giving me a score more than 4000 and that’s from a dual-core device.
Regardless of the Quadrant results, the X3 appears to be a beast of a phone, keep reading for more information.
