I’m basically a graduate, still in search of my dream career, no luck with that yet but luckily I have things to do while I search and that’s playing around with all the gadgets the tech-world has to offer. As you may have already deduced, I love all things tech, and Android is my favourate OS in the mobile platform world. I didn’t start off with Android though, initially I had the Compaq iPAQ which was running the Windows “PPC” OS, this is where my love for Pocket PC’s started. Soon after I was using the Windows Mobile OS which unsurprisingly wasn’t very different from the PPC OS as it was based of Windows CE too. A few years later the iPhone came out with its sexy UI and user friendliness, I reluctantly purchased the iPhone 2G and gave it go. Yes, it was smoother, faster and looked better, I admit it, however a month later I decided that I go back to my beloved Windows Mobile as I missed the ability to customise my phone. While using Windows Mobile I was jealous of the iPhone with its amazing app store, smoothness and easy UI, everyday I was hoping that Microsoft would update Windows Mobile and make it better, but that never happened. Soon however, Android came out and saved me, it was like an iPhone and Windows Mobile had a baby and named it Android. Well I’ve been an Android Fan Boy ever since and it seems it will stay that way as long as Windows Phone 7 doesn’t have its way.
