AOKP Galaxy Nexus ROM

In conjuction for a slimmed down kernel (links after the break), I’m finding this the best, smoothest and feature rich ROM I’ve tried on my Galaxy Nexus.

Nova Launcher

This is a replacement Launcher, specifically for Ice Cream Sandwich (it won’t work on anything less).  It’s very similar to stock, but brings some great additions.
